This embroidered crest is created using an ornamental machine that passes threads (cotton, silk, gold, silver or wool) through a needle or hook onto a patterned fabric. Very popular at trade fairs and events, with universities and colleges, or for sports teams, embroidered patches are extremely robust and can be used to personalize any fabric item, such as a t-shirt, sweatshirt, cap, bag or even jeans.
You can choose the size of your patch as well as its shape, round by default, but you can adapt it to your logo or motif by laser cutting. The embroidery is applied over a plain polyester base, so there will be a slight relief effect on your embroidered patch.

This manufacturing method involves over-stitching thread onto a woven backing, and the machines used are not capable of reproducing patterns that are too complex and/or too small.

Yes, it varies according to the complexity of the motif and the number of colors. In embroidery, the number of colors is fixed at 5 and the embroidered fill surface is 60%.
Yes. The prototype consists of emailing a photo of your patch. The prototype is only offered as part of a firm order.
